Chuck has served as the Chief Operating Officer of the North American Mission Board, Executive Director of Next Level Leadership Network and Executive Pastor of 2 Mega Churches. He has helped launch media ministries and businesses through his consulting firm across the nation and lives in Atlanta, Georgia while serving Student Leadership University as a part of their teaching faculty and business development team. While leading his faith-based coaching and marketing firm, Chuck also serves as The Teaching Pastor at Sugar Hill Church, just north of Atlanta. During Chuck’s ministry career he has taught Time and Goal Management, DISC and Team Development to more than 38,000 people across the nation.

Chuck’s high school sweetheart and wife of 25 years walked into Heaven in May 2005. His two daughters married Jenny and her four daughters in 2007. Chuck’s goals include assisting others reach and exceed their potential, living a life of balance, living as a man after God’s own heart, walking with integrity and character while always being a faithful and loving husband and dad.
